Mark
Robinson has 16+ years of experience practicing in
the areas of business law and incorporations,
bankruptcy, entertainment, copyright and trademark,
church and non-profit exempt organizations, probate, and
mediation services.
Mark utilizes his undergraduate business degree and his
ten year experience as an IBM corporate manager in his
current law practice emphasizing business and
corporations and transactions. Mark's experience in the
Christian music industry and his knowledge of copyright
and trademark law has enhanced his practice with
musicians, authors, and other media ministries.
Mark's background in these areas provides the broad
legal experience to compliment his training and practice
as an attorney mediator. His active involvement in
organizations like the American Center for Law and
Justice, Rutherford Institute, Christian Legal Society
and the Institution for Christian Conciliation, have
given him Biblical principles and insights into
resolving disputes through mediation.
Mark Robinson has written and spoken on copyright law in
the music industry, the role of government in church
affairs and students' religious freedom in public high
schools.
In
addition to the organizations mentioned above, Mark is a
member of the Oklahoma and Washington State Bar
Associations, the Tulsa County Bar Association, the
Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association and the American
Trial Lawyers Association, the Attorney Mediator's
Institute, and the Institute for Christian Conciliation.
Roberta
Robinson's role as a neuro-lawyer incorporates her experience in
medicine, law, and rehabilitation. Roberta Robinson has
11 years of legal experience practicing in the areas of
traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, products
liability, premises liability, wrongful death, and
personal injury litigation. She has devoted her practice
to helping people who have suffered from neurological
and other serious injuries. Roberta utilizes her prior
experience as a medical social worker in her law
practice, by representing children and adults who have
suffered from traumatic brain injury. She has
represented people who have been seriously injured in
motor vehicle accidents, by defective products, in oil
field accidents, carbon monoxide exposure, train
crossing collisions, nursing home negligence, defective
Sulzer hip implants, and other causes. Her experience
enhances her ability to evaluate the value of how an
injury has impacted a client's function in the areas
including emotional development, social skills, daily
living skills, childhood development, academic
performance, and job performance. She works with
medical, vocational, biomechanics, graphic experts to
provide comprehensive legal documentation of liability
and damages for the catastrophically injured. She also
takes an active role in her clients' plan for
rehabilitation and future medical care.
Roberta has written and spoken on litigating pediatric
brain injury and on governmental legal source of
rehabilitation funding for brain injury survivors. She
also spoke on life care planning for rehabilitation and
medical needs of the catastrophically injured and on
understanding social security disability. She has
chaired numerous statewide medical conferences on
traumatic brain injury, medical and legal issues, and
served as president of the Oklahoma Brain Injury
Association.
Roberta's involvement in the Christian Legal Society and
the American Center for Law and Justice reflects her
desire to utilize Christian principles in her law
practice. Through her work and personal experiences,
Roberta has dealt with the impact of catastrophic injury
and the process of recovery. Ms. Robinson is also a
member of the American and Oklahoma Trial Lawyers
Associations and the American and Oklahoma bar
Associations.
